Hi, my name is Mary Maxwelll. I am starting a new adventure at work. I just got hired as an Education Coach for Utah Community Action. In this job I will be working with 50 teachers to help them create a positive learning environment for preschool children the ages of 0-5. This will be an exciting new experience that I will be earning a coaching certificate and working more professionally in education rather than just teaching in the classroom. I am excited to see where this new adventure takes me. We are all capable of growth, whether it be in knowledge, physically, emotionally, or any other way. I am excited to help others succeed.

At this location I will be coaching 4 Head Start classrooms and 2 Early Head Start Classrooms. This site is amazing because it is one of the new buildings that our company has built and it is a hub for all the neighboring sites to come visit for trainings, preparation, and help. - KECC Head Start

Today, I was able to do my first team building exercise with an Early Head Start Classrooms at KECC. This site is where my office will be and I will be over 4 total Early classrooms and 2 Head Start classrooms as well. This building is older, but has been remodeled to fit our company’s goals in spreading education to young children an their families. - CCH Head Start

I was able to have a tour of another one of my company’s building that they recently built for the West Valley area. At this site I will have 4 Head Start classrooms, 2 of which have extended hours and 1 Early Head Start classroom as well. The facilities at this building are new and built to make teaching a fun and influential experience for all the teachers, families and students alike.
